Our strategy include the development of mining accommodation in selected areas including Gladstone, Bowen, Mackay, Moranbah, Dysart, Roma, Chinchilla, Myles and others. The current accommodation shortages in these areas provide the opportunity to establish short term and long term mining accommodation. We are not major players in the mining camp construction however our strategy involves the purchase and redevelopment and expansion of caravan parks into small accommodation villages. The ‘Villages Accommodation’ brand is being established to provide boutique short stay accommodation with all services expected by mining personnel provided. This model provides an accommodation solution between rental / motel accommodation and major mining camps.
